We are looking for a skilled HR & Admin Officer who will support HR functions and will be involved in developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counselling on policies and procedures
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Assist in developing training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
Update internal databases with new hire information
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
Requirements:
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position. Strictly looking for 3 to 5 years of experience only.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
MBA in HR, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
