Responsible for complete Employee Life Cycle including joining formalities to exit formalities for 1000+ associates. Maintaining information of all staffs in HR Database.2. Preparation of offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, experience, termination and promotion letters.3. Initiating BGV of on-boarded employees4. Providing company ID cards to joined employees5. Handling various labour compliances such as CLRA, MLWF, PF, ESIC & PT etc6. PF and ESIC Filling, generating New ESIC IP Input, UAN generation, PF withdrawal (10c &19)7. Monthly Statutory Challans i.e. PF, ESIC & PT and payment of it8. Online PF Claim Process9. Online Registration of Employees For PF, ESIC & PT MLWF10. Prepare the documents under CLRA Act and Shop & Establishments Act like Wages Register, Muster Roll, Wages Slip, Overtime, Fine, Damage & Loss, Accident book, Workman Leave form, ESIC Contribution, PF ECR Registers etc. for the clients.11. Should have knowledge in Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Maternity Act, Factories Act, Shops and Establishment Act12.
