You will advise and guide customers, helping them through their journey alone or with a team on several different engagements at once. You can understand complex technical and business concepts and explain them straightforwardly to others. Your ultimate mission is to deliver a first-rate client experience and positive brand awareness for Information Asset.Working independently, or as part of a team, you will have the opportunity to work at the front end in a rapidly growing business.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Work on complex installations of software tools such as Collibra, Alation, IBM InfoSphere Informatica Governance Catalog & Information Analyzer, Informatica, Hadoop, Apache Spark and data science tools.Troubleshoot installation issues and work with onshore teams in the US as well as offshore.Set up Active Directory integration, SAML, LDAP/SSO.Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Administrator.Familiarity with Active Directory, SAML, LDAP/SSO.Experience with Maven/Jenkins, Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Puppet,Chef is a plus.Strong understanding of Linux, Configurations and VM Ware.Ability to troubleshoot complex installations such as Informatica, IGC, and Information Analyzer.Must have 3 years’ experience with managed professional services environment and direct customer contact.Excellent written and oral skills for team and customer communication.Position Requirements1. Install, Upgrade, Configure and maintain Informatica Components including Data Quality, Enterprise Data Catalogue, Axon.2. Monitoring and maintain Informatica Application infrastructure.3. Troubleshooting and resolving platform issues on the server side.4. Experience on Node and High availability configurations.5. Expertise in setup LDAP authentication security in Informatica.6. Experience in monitoring resource utilization and proactively identifying Informatica job performance and resource issues network, disk usage, memory usage, server side limitation.3. Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment processes as needed to ensure the quality of the solutions being delivered.4. Troubleshoot various production issues to ensure the ongoing functioning our data management platforms.5. Provide advice on best practice techniques for proactive management of workflow processes, including workflow error diagnosis, rectification, and purging.6. Work interdependently with technical infrastructure teams, application teams, and business units to ensure service delivery is meeting business objectives.7. Provide mentoring and cross training to peers and interdependent team members.Working Environment/Travel RequirementsWorking hours are from 9am – 5pm(Mumbai) & (10am-6pm) IST with potential to overlap with Onsite Team – Incumbent should be prepared to work seamlessly with the US Based team.QualificationsExperience:2+ years or more of operational or technical experience in Install, Upgrade, Configure and maintain Informatica Components including Data Quality, Enterprise Data Catalogue, Axon.
