Job Description : This position is based in Fossil’s Bangalore, India offices and reports to the Sr. Manager of Internal Audit in Bangalore.As a Sr. Internal Auditor, you will be a critical part of our Audit team, providing assessments of operational, compliance and financial risks and controls. Your specific responsibilities will include: Performing Sarbanes-Oxley business process walkthroughs and testing in a global controls landscapePerforming financial and/or operational audits and advisory projects based on the annual audit plan or at the request of the Audit Committee and/or management.Assisting in the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processAssisting in identifying opportunities to reduce risks, strengthen controls or improve business performance during engagementsSeek and build strategic relationships with company business partners and control process owners towards developing a broad business acumenEvaluating impact of findings, discussing with line management and initiating recommendations in assigned test areasUnderstanding and communicating the connection of audit findings to broad strategic business objectivesAssist in drafting audit reports and review supporting audit workpapers.Partnering with members of the department to assist with process improvement, automation opportunities and enhancements to internal audit methodologies and efficiency.Occasional special projects as directed by the Audit Leadership or Fossil management team.Aligning with Fossil’s core values, you are someone who: Develops strong partnerships across our organizationBrings a positive, service-oriented approach to workIs driven by creating unique and efficient solutions for business challengesCan articulate thoughts clearly as well as listen to and considers others’ ideasIs passionate about their contribution to FossilChallenges the status quoHas a great time at work and encourages others to do the sameRequired Skills and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or an equivalent business or technology disciplineProfessional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, Chartered Accountant, etc.)3-6 years of audit, accounting, risk, control, compliance or related experience Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge and testing experience supporting US public companiesIn-depth knowledge and understanding of risks and internal controls in relation to business processesAdvanced knowledge in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word) and/or Google Suite productivity software, especially Drive, Sheets, Mail and Calendar Demonstrated self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skillsAdvanced interpersonal and English communication skillsStrong documentation and report writing / presentation skillsStrong data analytical skills and experience performing data analysis Ability to work independently and with othersAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing prioritiesAbility to think criticallyYou have the ability to travel up to 10-15%Preferred Skills and Experience: Graduate degreeAdditional relevant professional certificationsProficiency with automated internal audit documentation software (i.e. TeamMate, Workiva)Consumer/retail industry experienceWorking experience with SAP and HyperionERM experienceAbility to work with multiple team members and tasks at one time and manage ambiguityPreferred Location : BangaloreJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹1,900,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):Are you willing to relocate to BangaloreExperience:total work: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:Chartered Accountant (Required)Application Deadline: 18/03/2022Expected Start Date: 01/04/2022
