Job Overview
Managing the Human Capital Audits & Process Compliance. Review of HC organizational Risk Control Matrix. Thorough understanding of Risk, Control and Audit of all HC domains from a Quality, Financial and Security standpoint. Liaison with the HC functional Leads regarding all risk, control and audits, evidence gathering, tracking and producing to auditors. Facing internal and external audits.
Driving compliance within the Human Capital
Should have managed end to end audits – internal and external
Track and implement suggestions from auditors, educate the larger HC function across locations to drive compliance.
Building and implementation of controls based on audit recommendations and new compliance requirements.
Innovation in the area of controls, processes and policy adherence for greater effectiveness.
Job Description
Main purpose of the job and key background information
We are looking for an extremely self-motivated individual who will relish the opportunity to join the Audit & compliance team.
The following would be his/her key job responsibilities
Audit Readiness-
Understand Human Capital processes & related risks, assess the controls required to mitigate the risks
Periodical review of process & policy documents
Prepare the Risk control Matrix for HC for as per the Audit areas such as statutory/quality/security/finance etc.
Publish periodic audit dashboards for HC leadership
Program Management –
Audit schedule tracking
Front end audit preparations
Coordination of the audit schedule
Negotiation with Internal and External Auditors & stakeholders
Collaborate with the teams for deliberation of any compliance requirement of the Firm from HC standpoint
Ensure timely submissions
Ensure actions plans are drawn and executed efficiently
Manage leadership interactions

The individual should have the ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising on professional standards or quality of the work.

Requirements
These should include essential & desirable requirements such as:
A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in handling process Audit & compliance
Charter Accountant with relevant experience
Good to have have experience in HR generalist profile in a strong process and compliance oriented environment
Understanding HR processes and audit concepts
Strong application and presence of mind
Should have strong attention to details, analytical skills
Should take ownership and responsibility
Inclination and interest in compliance related matters
Ability to analyze, assess and independently drive and close
things – taking complete ownership and responsibility and being responsive
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including excel knowledge)
Team player, dynamic, committed to providing high quality, responsibility and maintaining timeliness
Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal English
