About the job

This position is needed to be Business Partner & programme manager in support of the Go-To-Market motion. You will report to the Director of GTMSA APJ and will work closely with the India leadership team. This individual will have a demonstrated track record of excellence in command of Go-To-Market business strategy, conducting highly insightful analysis, influencing executive strategies, designing new business processes, project management, and cross-functional teamwork

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

Act as an enabling business partner to your teammates and Twilio’s local sales leaders to grow revenue
Determine go-to-market approaches and GTM organization structures;
Conduct and enable regular business reviews and resource planning with the India leadership team.
Define, manage and provide insights on key performance metrics including building custom reports based on the needs of your business partners. Then zoom out to develop recommendations
Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity
Create and manage operational processes such as target setting, sales coverage, forecasting, and budgeting
Project-manage critical change management efforts.
Communicate recommendations to senior executives, roll up your sleeves to help drive implementation, and lead the ongoing impact of your recommendations.

Required:

Exceptional critical thinking, analytical processing, problem-solving, synthesizing ideas, and written and verbal communication.
Has strong analytical skills and Has experience working with large data sets
Have a deep understanding of stakeholders business priority and their quarterly initiatives.
Expertise with Salesforce, Excel, google suite, Tableau (or another business intelligence tool) required and SQL knowledge
Assist in the design, deployment and education on programs and work streams for successful annual planning, territory design / Sales coverage, annual launch, and quarterly planning revisions
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to drive operational improvements across several functional areas, including sales enablement, sales systems, finance, marketing and process documentation
Has 8+ years proven experience in Sales operations, sales, strategy consulting, and/or the software industry.

Desired:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
