What typically takes 5 days, can be done in 5 minutes using our App.We launched in January 2021 and already have 1,00,000+ businesses registered on ourApp.Read about our last funding round here: https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/372801What will you do:Develop recruitment strategy: job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channeldevelopment, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing,comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaningassessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments,interviews, and offers.Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to sourcecandidates for open jobs.Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRMsystem to track applicantsExpectation from Applicants:4+ years of experience in TA with at least 1 stint in a fast growing start-upShould have developed a competitive intelligence and research in regards to talentdevelopment or retentionShould have scaled a startup from recruiting point-of-view; understands therecruitment needs during scaling phaseHaving a good network across industries is a big plusData driven: should be experienced in making and maintaining hiring pipelinedashboardsShould have a keen eye for soft factors like cultural fitment and value system ofcandidatesOther:6 days workingBased out of Gurgaon OfficeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementInternet reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Gurgaon – 122015, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)working: 2 years (Preferred)
