Your day to day…
The purpose of this role is to assist with implementing, maintaining, and supporting the hotel network infrastructure in the Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia (EMEAA) Region.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist with implementing, maintaining, and supporting our growing network infrastructure.
You will facilitate the deployment and management of the IT infrastructure for our hotels, whilst documenting best practice, standards and policies around these products and technologies.
Bring new infrastructure, security and networking capabilities into the team, the focus being the seamless and effortless opening and migrating of our new or existing hotels across our region.
Using your strong Network knowledge such as Cisco, Cisco Meraki to liaise with our hotel network throughout EMEAA.
What we need from you…
Critical Expertise & Experience:
Ideally you will have several years’ practical experience.
Strong technical understanding of Infrastructure, Network technology, Firewalls and Windows Server.
Whilst Hospitality experience would be a differentiating factor it is not an essential at this stage.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
Ability to configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)Have experience Providing Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Ability to work within established configuration and change management policies.
Experience working as part of a project team for large network deployment projects.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, VPN and understanding of networking protocols IPSEC, HSRP, BGP and OSPF.]
Strong communication, co-ordination and organizational skills.
Microsoft Windows infrastructure including Active Directory.
Understanding of how to automate common infrastructure processes.
Education
MCSE or Microsoft Server Qualifications
