They are expected to manage clients and health workers and make home visits to the patients. A two-wheeler requirement is mandatory as the job would require travel within Guwahati city. A minimum qualification of GNM/B.Sc (Nursing) is required for the post.Key Responsibilities: Placement and replacement of home health worker. Collecting Google feedback. Patient Care plan preparing and updating. Patient – Client relationship management. Care giver relationship management.Assessment, enrollment and patient visits.Payment collectionWillingness to visit patients home, 2 wheeler preferredQualification: GNM/ BSC NursingRemuneration: 30,000/- to 35,000/-Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Wearing mask is mandatory at the work place.
