Job Description : Job Title: Office admin
Reporting to: APAC Facilities Manager
Location: NICE Office at Pune
Main Purpose:
The main purpose of this role is to provide a safe, efficient and pleasant working environment for around 2000 NICE employees in Pune.
Main Duties:
Employee Transportation
Understand the Transport scope for the site and develop specific processes and procedures
Ensure that the Transport service provided is efficient, cost effective and meets the full requirements of the Site;
Ensure effective route planning.
Conduct cabs audit and ensure compliance.
Maintain MIS of transport data & share the same with concern department on monthly basis.
Review billings for accuracy & vendor invoices processing aligned with finance process.
Taking regular feedback from employees on any issues or concerns
Arrange training for drivers on safety driving etc.
Identify/ implement various opportunities of increasing operational efficiency reducing cost.

Previous experience
6-8 years working experience as an Office Admin, managing office with above 1000 employees
Experience in administration in a IT/ITES company – advantage
Education
BA/BCom Degree
Post-Graduation an advantage
