Job Description : We are looking for a Personal Assistant to Chairman who can perform all admin related duties. The candidate will be working closely with the Senior Management (or add your role) to provide proactive and effective assistance across a wide range of tasksJOB DESCRIPTIONReceiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.Scheduling and coordinating meetings.Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.Providing other organizational support such as ordering supplies and equipmentHandling data entry tasks and collating and updating information into the system.Assisting in filing and scanning of documents.He/she will be directly report to Chairman.SKILLS REQUIREDYou have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational, project management, time management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
