Job Description : Milaap is India’s largest fundraising platform for personal and social causes, and we are just getting started! We are creating ground-breaking products and taking bold steps to lead the way in spreading compassion to people around the world. The features that we create are redefining how thousands of people are giving to and fundraising medical expenses, emergencies, education, community projects, sports, etc.

At Milaap, you will work with the leadership team and will have an opportunity to imagine and build products that delight our customers every day.

You have:

2-3 years of product management experience leading the development of innovative and technologically-driven web and app products, with a proven understanding of development processes and agile methodologies
CS or similar degree (or experience) so that you can talk to our engineers about Python and Machine Learning without a translator
Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written), with a prior entrepreneurial or start-up experience
General understanding of natural language processing, web, mobile and console platforms, interactive production, best practices, and industry developments
A passion about the space. You love the world of crowdfunding and fintech, and you are excited about the trends shaping the evolving ecosystem in India and abroad
A strong user empathy. You keep a track of Bitcoin exchange rates and Augmented reality trends, but you also acknowledge that you’re building for a non-techie audience
You will:

Lead the execution of bold new product features
Develop and manage product roadmap by working with Leadership, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams
Conceptualize and productize intelligent user experiences based on Milaap’s product strategy, and market research
Manage the design/build/test/release process end-to-end
Closely collaborate and partner with Design and Engineering team through the development process to ensure high-quality execution
