Join us, as a Product Owner for eBanking squad in Channel Individual Customers tribe be responsible for eBanking as a channel, it’s availability, stability, customer experience and ensure healthy operations. You will together with your squad, be part-taking also in turning to new tech and journey towards modernising our eBanking platform and experience.
As our Product Owner, you will have an agile leadership role on your squad and be empowered by your squad to be responsible for
Define and safeguard the squad mission and vision
Create, maintain and prioritize the backlog of business priorities in a form of user stories
Protect the team’s time by removing impediments to focus on outcomes
Responsible for coordinating with different stakeholders within other squads, business and support functions to understand current pains and needs
Accountable for compliance and risk assessments related to applications, solutions, tools or process owned by the squad
Foster a collaborative environment for the fully empowered team members to excel and deliver efficiently
To succeed on your role as a product owner
you are a great relationship builder, who can navigate on both strategic and operational levels. You are an innovative and entrepreneurial leader – and truly customer-centric with great power to create value by aligning business and IT in delivering great products & solutions to our customers – though not having the HR leader role. We expect you poses
Domain knowledge and competencies to manage complex stakeholder relations
Transparent and curious way of collaborating. You take action, value feedback and have courage to challenge, thus you are known for your humble way to do so
Skills to connect output into outcomes and bringing business value and have competences to translate strategic ambitions into operational plans
Visionary leader with a strong desire to deliver on the mission and goals of the Tribe and squad, who’s not afraid to empower your squad
Previous experience working as a product owner or project manager (preferably related to digital service, solution or channel development and/or ownership)
The position requires great communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
You will be joining cross-functional channels Individual Customers -tribe, consisting of 14 squad teams, spanning across various digital customer and advisor facing solutions, from Mobile Bank, eBank, Pocket Money app to meeting journey capabilities and Advisory portal. You will working in international environment with colleagues located in Denmark, Norway, Finland, Lithuania and India.
