To support with high quality timely reporting and systematic analysis of Financials and ensure overall cost effective performance. Controlling two Production units independently and responsible for Cost Audit and Certification requirement.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Monthly Book Closing in SAP and generate and publish Product area wise MIS reports (Expense report, Result Statement, Stock trend, CorP, Cost Productivity etc..)
Preparation and analysis of Variance reports and discussion with the respective stakeholders
Monthly BPC reporting as per Group Requirement on time with high quality
Maintaining and monitoring CAPEX Budget
Preparing for Quarterly and Annual EOU Returns
Assisting in Target setting process and quarterly forecasting of results
Fulfilling the requirements of Statutory and Internal Auditors , Internal Control, Cost Audit
Activities related to Standard Cost Roll up
Preparation of allocation cycles at the time of budgeting and monthly monitoring of allocations
Inventory Management and stock take
Monitoring data flow from existing Production system to SAP
Monthly Period end closing in “CO Module” of SAP for one of Coromant Production unit
Product wise profitability analysis of recycling plant as and when needed
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Competencies required at Sandvik level:
Adhere and align with the Sandvik Group reporting Guidelines and norms
Competencies required for the role
Ability to work in matrix organization with good time management
Knowledge and handling of Production accounting and Product costing
EOU , GST related Processes, knowledge of Indirect Taxation
Systematic and analytical, Problem solving approach
Business understanding and integration with Finance,
Good Communicator – includes written and spoken ,
Stake holder management & Intra personal skills
Operating knowledge on SAP, MS office,
Proactive approach, willingness to walk extra mile and stretch him/herself,
Drives continuous improvement to have best results
Education and Experience: ICWA/ M.COM with 4- 8 years in the Finance , Accounting and Costing fields in a manufacturing environment
