Introduction:
The Pumps Global Warranty Administrator is responsible for all activity involved with the processing and approval of warranty claims for the Pumps Business Line.

Main Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate warranty claims; approve claims according to the Metso Outotec approval matrix.
Coordinate activities with Operations, Engineering, and Technical Support for responding to unresolved warranty claims.
Coordinate issue of credit notes.
Maintain warranty data in Salesforce – completeness of data, closing cases, follow-up on corrective actions, etc.
Reporting of warranty statistics and trends.
Training for users of warranty process.
Continuous development of the warranty process, training processes, reporting, and tools globally.
Able to prioritize own work and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Well organized and able to maintain accurate records.
Strong communication skills including ability to document procedures and processes.
Able to work with other people effectively, including fellow employees, customers, and contractors.
Ability to deliver warranty process training virtually and in person.
Capable of understanding the various product applications marketed by Metso Outotec Pumps
Able, or able to learn, to understand equipment manuals and engineering drawings.

To succeed:
Ideal candidate would be B-Tech (Mechanical) or Graduate in any stream.
2~5 years of experience related to industrial equipment sales, service, or support.
High level of computer skills is essential – Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
Knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce and/or SAP is an asset.
English language proficiency is required
