Job Description : Aqgromalin is a tech driven farm diversification platform enabling farmers to diversify into Animal Husbandry and Aquaculture. We work both on the upstream and downstream of the farm gate through a full stack tech solution. Farmers can order high quality inputs via our app AQAI and get it delivered to their farm gate. Post-harvest, our downstream trading platform enables farmers to exit the produce through our network of traders, retailers (butcher-shop and fish stalls), and exporters.
Designing and developing test automation scripts and focus on maximizing reusability and easy maintenance.
Execute regression suite and analyse automation failures.
Report defects to the development team and work with them for the applications issues.
Participate in troubleshooting and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
Follow coding standards and guidelines to build quality scripts.
Accurate and timely reporting of test progress, risks issues.
Maintain communication with management, regression team, IT and Stakeholders on automation regression status.
Suggest/explore alternate tools for automation to bring-in more productivity and coverage.
Finding solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues.
Requirements
A highly-skilled test automation engineer to design automation tests. Test automation engineers duties include designing automation scripts and finding solutions for automation problems. You should also be committed to developing skills in order to provide up-to-date solutions.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelors degree or one or more years of work experience.
One or more years of experience in developing automation test scripts with Object Oriented programming using Java Selenium.
Experience with Automation tools techniques, such as Selenium Webdriver, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, BDD.
Experience in core Java programming collections.
Experience using any Continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Hudson, Cruise control.
Experience with source control management tools (GitHub,SVN).
Knowledge on SDLC practices and methodologies – Agile.
Experience with debugging and development IDE tools like Eclipse / Intellij.
Even better if you have:
A degree.
Experience in writing SQL using joins for data validation from various data sources.
Ability to work independently and in a team-based setting.
Years of Experience: 2 – 5 years
