Job Description : Must join immediately and have atleast 3 years of Sales ExperiencePreparation of Quotation/Tender, Sales Orders and Follow-up and Completion of Depts. (Ordered goods reservation to customers), Preparation of Outbound Deliveries, Invoicing, and making return of invoices under the stipulated Standard Operating Procedures of the company and Department.Report generation daily for the pending Quotations, SO-FSP, IBPO, follow-up for OBD from warehouse and take needed actions.Weekly reports for SO Reservations & Supplier orders for verification and taking needed action.Attending customers calls with no or minimal abandoned calls.Answering sales team queries ( Order Status, PO Status, Stock Status etc)Acknowledging customer email and order status updateReplacing colleague during vacation or in needFinishing all day to day taskShould be able to work on Excel and SAP systemJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per yearEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Sales administration: 3 years (Required)Language:English Proficiently (Required)
