Key Responsibilities : A: Work with other technical leads, architects, platform, and product owners to identify and recommend technical solutions B: Alternatives related to the Salesforce platform implementation for Travelers assess trade-offs and impact analyses as part of the recommendations C: Complete cloud-based implementations through custom development in Salesforce Lighting Aura, LWC, and Apex, as well as out of the box Salesforce configurations -Participate in agile delivery activities such as design
Technical Experience : A: Salesforce solution designer and developer APEX, Aura, LWC experience -Experience in Salesforce CRM integration, developing and deploying custom integration solutions B: Using APIs and API management systems -Salesforces certifications such as Certified Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, Certified Platform Developer C: Certified Platform Developer are strongly preferred Achievement of additional certifications and demonstration of advanced learning is desirable
Professional Attributes : A: Resource should have good communication skill and good analytical skill B: Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow C: Hands-on experience in administration setup, eg, managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles
Educational Qualification : BE/BTech
