Job Description : Roles and ResponsibilitiesPlanning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization’s data, systems, and networks. * Open security related incident tickets update them and provide the root cause analysis as per the defined services level agreement. * Quickly and efficiently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve the customer security issues with an objective of first call-resolution. * Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives. * Ensuring that the organization’s data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls. * Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization * Create, implement and compliance security policies, processes, procedures and government security requirements and directives. * Analyse and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement. * Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property. * Knowledge transfer to assist subordinate or other organization members in security rules and procedures. * Developed cyber capabilities cloud catalog using industry-standard tools including HP ArcSight, AlienVault, HP Fortify, Metasploit Pro, Kali, BackTrack, Nessus, Nagios, Snort, Santoku, Zero Wine and many more.Desired Candidate ProfileA graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related qualification.2 years of work experience with incident detection, incident response, and forensics and endpoint security.Security certification like CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH etc.Proficiency in any of these languages Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or Power Shell.Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.Good knowledge in Windows and Linux OS, as well as network protocol analysis tools, for example Wireshark.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per yearSchedule:Flexible shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Pune City, Pune – 411007, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:incident detection: 2 years (Preferred)
