Job Description : We are looking for 2 candidates for a reputed international school in Electronic city, Bangalore 560105.Key Tasks:1. Followup with parents for fee payments2. Sending cheques for clearing, tracking if they have passed3. Swipe cards and do settlements every day4. Manage petty cash5. Manage day to day receipts and expenses6. Making hard copy of receipts… pay slips…issuing letters to parents for IT purpose…or staff for any purpose as required. Sending scanned copy of receipts to parents as required7. Aiding the Head Accountant where ever necessary for proper Audit and for management reviews8. Knowledge of Tally must9. Managing stock in stores and issuing them to parents and receipts10. Languages Kannada.. Hindi… English is must11.
