Job Description : Applications are invited only from candidates who identifies themselves as WOMEN / FEMALE.Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnd to end coordination with vendors and service providersTo obtain quotations for various Service ProvidersEnd to end responsibility for new asset procurementTrack Supply order execution and vendor Supplied.Preparation of Reports and tracking purchase sales using MS Excel.Payment follow-up and collection follow-up.Depositing of Petty cash management.Managing Admin and Finance related workWill be responsible for logistics arrangements for various workshops/ sessions/ meeting at different location which includes, boarding and lodging arrangements, stationary arrangements, end to end coordination with guest and staffs.Support in organizing various programs and trainingsCoordinate for repair and maintenance work.Provide required assistance to other team members to ensure successful completion of Identified tasks.Undertake all other task as per instructions in order to ensure a smooth functioning of the team and in fulfilling the objective of the organizationDesired Candidate Profile1) Candidates who are women or identify themselves as women are eligible to apply.2) Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in same field.3) Candidate should posses good communication skills.4) MS office (word & excel) is a must5) Day Accounting knowledge will be an added advantageJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹180,975.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:YesExperience:total work: 1 year (Required)
