We are looking for self-driven and talented individuals who will support us in our quest to deliver hassle free and superior products to our clients.Job Description We are hiring Senior Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele and drive sustainable growth through strong relationships with existing clients.Responsibilities: Assisting the team to build connections and ultimately closing key accountsHelp the team in upselling with prospective clientsPlanning & overseeing new marketing initiativesAttending conferences, meetings & industry eventsDeveloping quotes & proposals for clients.Developing goals for the development team & business growth & ensuring they are metTraining personnel & helping team members develop their skillsAbility to find out opportunities in a prospect company’s operating structure through intelligent strategy making, to fit in the services of the company and pitch to enterprises will be a key quality .Requirements : Must be from IT Sales/ Software Sales backgroundProven experience in CRM, ERP, DBMS sales, SAAS sales and on boarding clients for annual maintenance projects.Experience in B2B based IT projects /Web Development solutions/SaaS/PaaS/ iaaS products.Excellent communication skill is a necessityExperience as a Team Leader will be preferredProven inside sales experience and expert in negotiationGood understanding of market trends and client requirementsSpontaneous solution providing skills, objection handling and expertise in negotiationExperience in handling international clients will be a bonusExperience: 1. yrs. to 3 yrs.
