Job Description : Skills: In-depth experience with an EPoS system.In-depth experience with stock control.Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and costs of sales.High level of analytical and numerical skills.Good attention to detail.High standard of interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced level Excel skills.Previous SAAS experience.Hospitality background.Product Development & Testing (Browser based system and iOS App).Main Task: Works with the development team to improve overall system.Tests new features.The bridge between the support and development team.Looks after all integrations (supplier and EPoS).Improving our help desk by writing new articles and updating old ones.Tasks: Engages with the POS team members to understand the process and designs communication.Defining and implementing new ways of working and maintaining excellent relationships with all customers.Works out on action plans/strategies.Bonus Skills: Background in Finance.Inventory knowledge.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Required)Application Deadline: 01/05/2022
