The position Senior Human Resources Administrator is a generalist role in the HR function and will be responsible for all gamut of HR administration / support related roles and responsibilities. This position will be based in Mumbai office and will report to the Head of HR, India.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Coordinate with recruitment agency, Sourcing relevant CV’s through job portal, social website and Bruker website applications. Coordinate with Candidates for initial screening, and scheduling interview.

HR Operations: Responsible for onboarding-employee joining formalities, maintenance and updating the physical personnel filing system and online e-File system, eView profile Form, Payroll input file for new employees and monthly input to payroll partner

Preparing varies type of Letters: Employee related, Offer, Confirmation letter, Appointment, and other as per requirement.

Annual Renewal of policies: Follow-up with LIC for Gratuity, Superannuation Quote, Receipts.

Employee Attendance and Leave Management for Bruker and Teamlease employees.

Insurance Renewal, Monthly Mediclaim Insurance file of addition and deletion

Coordinate with employees over email / phone for various employee related tasks completion and followup.

Coordinate with Managers for various HR operations tasks related to their team members.

Statutory & Compliance: Working with Paysquare / external Vendor to ensure Statutory and compliance monthly tasks are completed- PF Challan, PT challan, PT Return. Annual submission like MLWF and others

The position also involves working with Senior leaders, coordinating , providing support and engaging on various HR related tasks.

Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate and desirable a post graduate in HR with minimum 3 to 5 years relevant years of experience in a MNC company.

Must have Very good excel, ms office, HRIS, systems understanding, working knowledge

Good team player, proactive, self initiative and taking lead. Organized and systematic, achievement oriented
