We work closely with Software Developers, UI Designers, Testers, Quality Assurance Analysts, Project Managers, and Customer Support to ensure that our projects are delivered with the highest quality in a timely and cost-effective manner.Location: Work from office Vadodara.Industry Preferred: Must be from an IT/Software industry only.Roles & Responsibilities.- Handling multiple overseas clients projects especially in the US market-Deliver software engineering projectsof all sizes and all stages of SDLC in organization.Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility- Track outstanding deliverables, milestones & change requests- Set up development milestones, project execution plan along with communication of the same with the client- Interlock schedules as plans with participating teams- Classify teams, track schedules and resources for every project along with performing continuous risk mitigation- Report regular project status upgrades to executive management- Liaise between company, customer and several third parties as needed- Train project coordinators and set them up for successRequired Experience and Skills: – 5 to 8 years experience in project management-Bachelor’s degree required in computer engineering; Masters preferred.- PMP/PMO/CSM/PSM certification preferred- Experience in Agile methodology and application of same in project execution- Proven leadership skills-Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills- Expertise in conflict resolution- Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Project Manager.com, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Technical Project & Program Managers: 5 years (Required)
