Department Overview

This Senior Quality Assurance Administrator role will join the Consumer & Small Business and Banking Operations Quality Management team within the Customer Excellence, Controls & Enablement team (CECE). Teams perform quality reviews to monitor and evaluate cases to ensure standard procedures are followed and a quality product is being delivered to customers. We also partner with operations to help identify, research, resolve and report all discrepancies related to quality findings. CSBBO Quality Management is focused on providing feedback and quality trending to our customers as well as our business partners.

CSBBO Quality Management will be responsible for performing case reviews on Retail Core Operations, Legal Order Support and/or ASVS teams. Case reviews will require document review, analyzing data, reviewing programs, processes, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or agency or government regulations for Retail Core Operations and ATM Strategy and Vendor Services.

In this role, you will:
Performs a variety of Quality assurance operational tasks for the low to mid complex processes or functions
Escalate key maintenance errors identified during scoring process and ensure resolution of same, reviewing programs, processes, documentation, to ensure compliance with internal company requirements or government regulations
Review systems to ensure company standards are met, exceptions are notated, and issues escalated as necessary
Assist in development and design of product specific databases
Review and score work
Prepare calibration score and facilitate calibrations across the team to ensure consistency of quality scores delivered to clients
Monitor quality assurance programs and processes to identify gaps and risk assessment
Design and conduct training for as needed
Provide coaching to staff and track performance expectations and results
Make final scoring decisions on disputes which impact quality results
Interact with staff and business partners to promote team work and departmental effectiveness
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications, International:
Experience in Quality Assurance, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Basic knowledge and understanding of bank regulations/compliance, policies, processes and procedures
Ability to meet deadlines
Degree in Business or related discipline
Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness
Can adapt to a changing environment and circumstances
Exhibits a commitment to the company
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to identify and report risk identified following established guidelines
Experience working with desired systems including Hogan, FDR, 1SUM, 1LLG, DMS, Nexidia, Pega, CSTAR, Device Manager, Quality Central, ECAR, iTOPS, Shaw
Working experience with writs, levies, garnishments, summons, subpoenas legal order processing, Estate Care Center Case Management and Liabilities, ATM Debit Card Support
