Job Description : Maintaining records pertaining to labours and labour-contractors.Collecting the KYC documents required for statutory coverage (PF & ESI).Sending the daily attendance report of laborers & employees to HOMobilizing and maintaining communication channels.Up keep of Site office and security arrangements.To monitor staff attendance, leave, salaries, time office management etc.Conveyance facilities of Site.Liaison with Govt. bodies/Local bodies on behalf of site/company.To handle site-accounts.Skills Required: 3+ experience of experience required into Real Estate Industry.Well knowledge in Accounts.Tally ERP.MS Office.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Tally: 3 years (Required)Real Estate Accounting: 3 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
