Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between clients and the agency and ensure a positive client service experience.
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms.
Manage social media campaigns and day to day activities and promotions.
Oversee influencer marketing and influencer relationships.
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Staying up to date with industry trends and strategies.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Manage a team of 3 to 5 effectively and deliver expected performance as a team.
Ensure timely delivery of the project by regular reporting structures and effective client servicing.
Reviewing and creating overall brand social media strategy with the team.
Reviewing and creating weekly and monthly content plans for clients.
Developing relations with and working with external content creators for branding collaborations.
Requirements
Proven work experience
Hands-on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills

Experience

Minimum 6 years of experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position as a social media head/social media strategist handling a team of 5 to 7 social media managers
Must have been a part of digital agency for 4 years
