Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Digital Business Automation (DBA) is an integrated IBM platform that helps automate and scale business operations to enhance customer experience, reduce cost, and improve speed and quality of work. DBA incorporates various tools like Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation to deliver end-to-end improved customer journeys. There are five automation capabilities of the platform – Data Capture for unstructured document processing, Robotic Tasks for automating repeated human work, Content Services for collaboration, workflow for human and system tasks orchestration, and Decisions for business rules management.

ADP is born on the cloud cognitive Data Capture solution designed to work with any content or process system. It can digitize, classify, and unstructured index content using OCR and PDF text extraction leveraging Watson / ML and other AI technologies.

You would get the opportunity to deliver world-class cognitive software components and features in a highly visible emerging market. This position is for Software Engineers who want to apply machine learning, AI, and computer vision technologies to solve complex problems. You can be a part of this exciting, fast-growing market opportunity and work with the best of the best!

You would be part of a high-profile initiative to implement machine learning, AI, and computer vision technologies and deliver the solution as a cloud-native SaaS offering. This project provides opportunities to innovate in software design and architecture as well as the exploitation of bleeding edge software solutions.

Responsibilities:
Develop machine learning components and systems
Engaging in data modeling and evaluation
Developing trials and tests to measure the success of software and systems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Looking for more than 6 years of relevant experience.
Strong Python, docker & Kubernetes experience.
Familiarity in Machine Learning frameworks, such as Scikit-learn, Pytorch and Keras TensorFlow.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

An aptitude for statistics and calculating probability
Good understanding of statistical and machine learning tools
Good understanding of mathematical foundations of Machine Learning algorithms
Preference for Computer Vision/ ML academic focus
Knowledge of detection algorithms including Classification, scene understanding, object detection classes of algorithms
Knowledge of ML and AI concept and design.
