Job Description : Key Responsibilities Include:
As a member of the Architecture team; contribute to the design and implementation of the processes and configuration standards for current and future ServiceNow capabilities
Working with Stakeholders, design detailed technical Servicenow and Integration solutions to meet desired outcomes while ensuring platform integrity and control standards
Provide senior technical guidance and mentorship to Product and Engineering teams
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Servicenow and industry standards and best practices
Working independently as part of a global team with minimal oversight of daily activities
Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience

Experience in solution architecture in development and or infrastructure organizations
ServiceNow certifications/experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HR, CRM
Servicenow DevOps, App Engine Studio and CMDB experience
Information Architecture – ServiceNow Common Services Data structures a big plus
ServiceNow custom application/portal experience
Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders
Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take principled bets on new technology
Experience working within large global organizations
Experience in managing delivery of complex technology solutions
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
Experience of working in a matrix management model, utilizing virtual teams
Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization
Ability to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firm
