Job Description : WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are seeking exceptional candidates with experience and passion to fill a Solution Delivery Manager position for BCG GAMMA. BCG GAMMA accelerates clients’ speed to insights through premium AI-driven software and data solutions. We define and develop products to deliver unique offerings and services that redefine the client experience in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. We are designers, data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and software technologists aligned around a common goal — to extend and amplify BCG’s consulting impact through powerful digital solutions.
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to support our clients and internal teams in leveraging our Business Transformation products (KEY, ZBO, HUB), and ultimately helping clients deliver competitive advantage and superior business performance. The products are targeted towards any kind of Business Transformation and at the heart of the strategic impact we have with our clients. In this role, you will join as a Solution Delivery Manager and manage the delivery team across various products in AP. In addition, you will manage the global delivery of our data and benchmarking products. This role also includes business development, stakeholder relationship management, functional & line management of GAMMA team and taking broader ownership of deliverables.
You will leverage both internal and external resources, including your own expertise and industry experience to further develop and enhance the product portfolio. The ideal candidate has vast experience in delivery of SaaS and data products, managing global teams, business transformation obtained either through working in industry or at a consulting company.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
You have entrepreneurial drive, a high aptitude for strategic thinking, thought leadership, and experience in software product delivery and sales, preferred SaaS products.
Sales Support, Go to market & Customer Success
Accelerating commercialization in partnership with BCG’s Practice Areas and knowledge teams – supporting product adoption & client success
Engage in pipeline work with potential customers as an expert and proactively support all sales stages and activities needed to progress the sale
Own and execute standard/customized product demonstrations, and/or proof of concepts when required, highlighting strengths of the product in fulfilling specific business needs through product features
Provide implementation consultation, training, and advice to cases and clients
Leading & driving product delivery
Manage the AP delivery of the entire product portfolio to ensure high quality deliverables with insightful and quantifiable conclusions to help clients to make decisions and take actions over identified opportunities
Manage the global delivery of our benchmarking products
Works together with BCG consulting teams and clients to understand client’s processes, business requirements, and data structure / challenges to be able to configure the software product most effectively and efficiently
Responds to client inquiries and requests: Troubleshooting, software configurations, service issues, feasibility of new feature/report (working together with Engineering team)
Building a deep understanding of BCG topic methodology and is able to proactively apply methodology to a given situation
Looks for opportunities to continuously improve our services and offering
Managing business to meet short-term and long-term strategic objectives
Managing demanding internal and external stakeholders in a positive, service-oriented way, and able to develop trust quickly, building solid, mutually respectful relationships
Thriving in a hypothesis-based environment where inductive rather than deductive reasoning is the norm
Delivering against KPIs like BCG business impact, product monetization revenues and budgets
Tracking budget and responsible for assets’ operational and financial performance
Leading the team
Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in Agile ways of working
Co-ordinating the efforts of individuals working on the product portfolio.
Acting as a functional manager for a team of analysts and experts, disseminating work for the team and self. Drive goal setting, performance evaluation, career tracking, and long-term professional development for the team members.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Education and experience:
Bachelors’ or Master’s degree with demonstrated high academic achievement, preferably in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or related fields
At least 9-10+ years of relevant industry experience (or 5 of strategic consulting). Candidates with less experience could be also considered in specific circumstances
Good understanding of business transformations, company financials
Experience in delivering software products, ideally SaaS, including customer success
Functional and soft skills:

Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude – willing to go the extra mile
High working standards and ethics
Customer service-orientation
Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders at different levels in the organization and with clients
Strong project management skills; ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
Proficiency in written and spoken English, additional language skills are of advantage, especially German, French, and/or Spanish

Team of solution delivery analysts and experts collaborating globally across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our clients
BCG client teams to discuss insights & offer ongoing access to data for consulting projects
Senior counterparts for direction, best practices, and overall guidance
