Digital marketing manager for the company will own the brand’s presence online through search engine marketing to catch the consumer early, sharp digital brand/category campaigns on relevant sites and engagement on social media portals.
He/She will use his experience SEM, SEO, Social networking sites , Website administration and blogger/influencer management to drive brand objectives set by the brand management team.
The Digital manager should have an understanding of search tools like Adwords and keyword tagging, inferences from reports through GA /FB etc , Photoshop basics, digital creatives and assets like banners/rich media/microsites, digital ad format like bumper ads on YT. Understanding of digital Media Planning and Buying will be an added advantage.
Driving brand awareness around the positioning platform of ‘Progressiveness’ & ‘Progressive Mindset’ through various campaigns is the key responsibility, therefore will be responsible to contribute towards the brand track.
Deploying cost effective & efficient tools to reach right TG is the skill which the role needs to possess like a mobile app or a calculator to drive purchase assistance.
Further the role demands thorough brief writing skills and liaison with both digital creative and media agencies to create digital assets. Will work closely with the brand manager to create content to support the brand platform of ‘passionately progressive”.
As digital manager the role demands highly technical skills, sharp communication and presentation skills and stakeholder management on this digital endeavor for a manufacturing organization.. A self starter /go-getter who is focused on the outcome as well the journey. Agency management experience is a must.
The individual should be having a 7+ years of relevant experience as stated above, should be adaptive, & should be able to handle uncertainty & ambiguity with élan. Working with diverse cultures, people, mindsets, demographics & genders is given. Maturity, sincerity & zeal to break records & set the new ones for self & company is mandatory.
