Drives software quality from concept to delivery via specific KPIs and quality targets. Works with product development teams throughout development phases to ensure software quality requirements and goals are established and met to determine release readiness and risks. Analyzes product quality data and drives improvements through defect prediction models, requirements traceability, and SWLC optimizations. Improves customer experience with critical issue management, throughput time, root cause analysis, and software practices assessments. May work directly with customers to understand requirements upfront, pain points during development and delivery, and drive execution improvements through Intel’s development life cycle. Supports quality evaluation and data analytics (e.g., SWLC, Defects, uQRC vectors), Assess the state of the art to employ new methods to improve quality and product release efficiency.
Qualifications
Should possess a Bachelor or Masters degree in Electronics or Computer Science Engineering SW Quality and program management expertise is a plus Experience in software process improvement, quality models, data analytics, six sigma methodologies and Software development life cycle. Motivated self-starter, with strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
