We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Willing to work in rotational shift with 24×7 support window
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience working in a client-driven environment delivering commendable quality client service in problem solving and troubleshooting day to day issues
10 years of experience in Windows system administration
Proficient in Microsoft (MS) clustering issues
Skills in administering Windows, VMware, Hyper-V and cloud operations
Patching knowledge through tools like SCCM, Automox etc.
Extensive documentation and training experience in BAU Windows administration
Excellent skills on VMware and related components
IIS administration and Certificate management
Thorough knowledge of print server management
Good communication skills
Excellent client handling skills
Knowledge of VMware (L3) Support (ESX 4.0 ESX 6.0), vSphere suite (4.0 6.0), Vcenter server, patching upgarde etc
Strong background in Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory Policy
Knowledge of management and storage area networks. Knowledge of AD/DNS/DHCP will be an added advantage
ITIL knowledge (Incident /Problem /Change Management)
Hardware knowledge of Dell OEM and Lenovo XClarity
