Toppr is India’s leading ed-tech company with a mission to make learning personalized. Our adaptive after-school learning app for classes 5th to 12th is used by over 7 million students. We have the widest syllabus support that covers over 20 subjects, 20 boards, and 50 exams. We believe each child is unique with distinct learning needs. We are building Toppr as an adaptive platform to increase engagement, optimize learning and improve outcomes for all students. Toppr was started in 2013 by IIT Bombay alumni Zishaan Hayath and Hemanth Goteti and is backed by venture capital firms like SAIF, Helion, Eight Roads and Kaizen.
Toppr is looking for a Teacher Training Facilitator and a Content developer for one of its product verticals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct regular training for teachers
Conceptualize and create teacher training materials based on need
Recording of videos for Asynchronous trainings
Coordination with the design team on finalization of the training content
Coordination with marketing and customer success teams
Check completion of tasks by teachers and provide feedback to them on their work
Collect and maintain the record of feedback on each sessions
Develop and assess training needs based on feedback from teachers
Be the Point of contact for teachers to resolve their queries
Requirements:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
Strong communication skills (written + oral)
5+ years prior experience of which at least 3 years in content development and training of teachers
Knowledge of both online and offline training strategies
Proficiency in all MS Office programs
Proficiency in Google Docs and Google sheets
Experience of working in the L&D department of EdTechs/ teacher training organizations will be an added advantage
