Job Description : JOB PURPOSE:

Investment Mid-office function is responsible for Investment compliance, Limit monitoring, Risk monitoring, Regulatory & Internal MIS and reporting and monitoring post deal procedures.

Job Description:

Monitoring investment compliance as per IRDAI Regulations & Internal investment policy.
Regulatory and Internal limit monitoring, Investment Risk Monitoring.

Counterparty confirmations and monitoring post deal procedures.

Maintaining credit appraisal, broker and vendor agreements, counterparty KYC and other investments records.

Create presentation for monthly investment activities.

Undertake daily review of investment trades executed which may include a variety of products, including fixed income, equities, and money market instruments.

Provide mid office support, including trade instructions, trade matching, corporate actions, cash & position reconciliation. The individual will be expected to support the entire trade lifecycle from front to back.

Liaise with custodians, brokers, and counterparties to ensure daily operation issues such as trade discrepancies and settlement issues are resolved promptly.

Support periodic management reporting including board, investment committee and regulatory reporting.

Prepare trade and corporate actions settlement instructions to custodian as per requirement.

Assist with the review and updating of service level agreements with brokers, custodian, and vendors.
