Job Description : Tech Lead (iOS and Android)We are looking for a qualified Tech Lead to join our team in Bengaluru/Noida location. As a Mobile developer, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment.The ProjectPayRup.com is India’s upcoming payments application that offers multi-source and multi destination payment solutions.The platform offers and facilitates online recharge, DTH, multiple prepaid charges and utility bill payment services such as electricity, water, gas as well as offers School fees, Gas Booking,Gift Card’s online purchase, Flight,Hotel,Bus-Ticketing etc enabling users to ensure seamless and convenient transactions.Responsibilities and DutiesThis is a hands-on role to lead the architecture, design, and development of new mobile initiative. As a tech lead in the mobile division, you would be expected to lead a team of 20 resources for the development of iOS and Android based applications.Lead the development of iOS and/or Android apps required for an upcoming payments project in India.You have a very good analytical ability to attack problems that are very unusual and extremely difficult, comfortable with ambiguityYou have highly developed oral and written communication skillsUse your knowledge of server-side technology to architect applications or data to build scalable, high-performing technology solutionsWrite technical documentation used by the development team during programming stages.You are proficient with the languages, tools, and frameworks core to iOS or Android development (or both), including XCode, Android Studio, Swift, Java, React Native, etc.You have experience with RESTful APIs2+ years of mobile application development experience with at least two apps that are on the app store that you are proud to discuss with us.Perform full life-cycle developmentAdhere to agreed upon delivery schedulesUtilizes source control, continuous integration, and unit testing best practicesRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsTechnologies(Most of these): XCode, Android Studio, Apache Cordova, Xamarin, React NativeHands on experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server) and exposure to no-SQL data stores: MongoDB, ElasticSearch as well as caching stores (Redis)RESTful APIs, Microservices, webservices, expert in SOA design and technical implementationsA thorough understanding of Object Oriented Programming, MVVM(and iOS application architecture for iOS mobile developer)Methodology: Agile, Iterative, TDDExcellent communication and collaboration skillsSelf-starterJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,400,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftExperience:iOS: 1 year (Required)Android: 1 year (Required)
