Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Plan and lead project management for BPES, Partner 1 App and all partner related development from ops perspective. Evaluate changes in current processes & identify the opportunities for automation.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Project planning and reporting Project management for end to end process of BPES Partner 1 App and all partner related development from ops perspective. This will include – Requirement gathering user story creation development tracking Testing production sanity and sustenance for the projects KPI development and monitoring for BPES Partner 1 App and all partner related development from ops perspective Continuous syncing with IT team for the developments related to BPES Partner 1 App and all partner related development from ops perspective and its end to end tracking Responsible for managing project management components like project initiation planning ROI estimation and execution. Strong technology adoption project delivery and domain experience in Partners and Masters. Identify the opportunities of automation in overall process to enhance the end to end process Work in collaboration with IT business and Operations team for the new developments in BPES Partner 1 App and all partner related development in Masters Manage all the ongoing projects of operations in terms of tracking testing and delivery to Operations team Scope plan and execute multiple quick-turnaround projects for BPES partner 1 app and all partner related development in Masters Responsible for managing & defining solutions for business requirements with respect to system fitment with keeping operational process in centre Responsible for managing requirements from business units across multiple systems and platforms like SFDC Finnone Finacle DMS Pennant Atos Cosmos etc Ensuring timely delivery of project & respective deliverables Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables Preparation of management MIS on various IT projects and deliveries. Responsible for management of operational issues and interface with IT delivery managers business units and QA team for resolution. 2. Project lifecycle management Understand change requirements and evaluate to take decision on selection of processes for automation based on impact and extent of change For all projects in post-production guide sustenance monitoring to ensure appropriate approach is adopted to better understand pilot response/ feedback and ensure smooth and stable execution. 3. Project management Review the project plans prepared by the team for all projects and provide inputs on enhancing effectiveness and efficiencies and deliver within timelines Review achievement of project milestones adherence to timelines etc.; Resolve issues roadblocks and escalations to ensure delivery as per desired objectives Engage with business stakeholders/ Operations to provide status update on projects (for business/ Operations initiated projects) and to update on delays / issues / deviations and agree on revision of timelines/ scope of
Required Qualifications and Experience
