Job Description : JOB BRIEFAnalyse business domain needs. Conduct marketing research, interpreting data and making recommendations based on their findings. Understanding of web & mobile app development technologies. Ability to multitask is essential.An ERP business analyst is responsible for functional and technical activities of various business applications including ERP. An ERP business systems analyst generally works with user groups, functional managers, development teams, and project teams to identify design enhancements and systems configuration opportunities, and to improve the utilization of business applications.An ERP business analyst recommends best system utilization and practices as well as participates in project teams representing systems solutions and integrations.Preferred QualificationsExperience with visualization technologies.Business Analysis experience in the field of ERP.Construction (Infra) / Real Estate / Mall domain Experience would be an added advantage.Experience in requirement gathering using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task/workflow analysis, business analysis, requirement design (Use cases, user interfaces, report specifications, system to System interfaces), workflow design and functional testing.Experience in defining Functional requirements using BRD (Business Requirements Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document) supported by Use Cases, User Stories, GUI, Interactive Wireframes, Prototypes, Flow Diagram, Screen and Interface designs, Experience in estimation and business analysis using FPA (Function Point Analysis) Work-breakdown structure (WBS).Ability to draft complete requirements and understanding documents based on client’s requirements like BRD,FRD,SRS documents.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY1. Client Interaction as well as technology team.2. Expertise in workflow diagrams, user story writing, documentation, BRD/SRS/FRS creation, cost & efforts estimation.3. Well versed with prototyping tools.4. Validate solution before UAT.5. Analytical mindset.6. Project cost and time estimation.7. Product demonstration.8. New and old clients follow up and analysis.9. Be comfortable with change and iterations.10. Excellent problem-solving skills.11.
