About the Opportunity:

Digital Management, LLC (DMI) is seeking a full-time/subcontactors VTEX – Tech Lead for our development center Noida/Bengaluru & Mumbai/PAN India
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall experience have 5+ years of experience. At least 1 VTEX project implementation with a team of 4-6 team members experience needed.
eCommerce site development and developing custom components on VTEX platform
Demonstrated ability to execute development with minimal oversight, ability to take ownership of project
Integrating third-party and platform supported apps in the sites
Setting up payment integration, shipping methods and taxes in VTEX platform
Page speed optimization of VTEX sites
Implementing SEO/CRO best practices in VTEX sites
Transforming complex layout PSDs into pixel-perfect presentation-layer HTML5/CSS3 templates
Creating responsive website designs
Qualifications:
Education and Years of Experience:
B.E/B.tech or MCA
Required Skills:
Technical Skills –
Strong knowledge of VTEX platform and marketplace fundamentals (Must Have)
Experience in VTEX theme development and customization (Preferred)
Experience in VTEX custom app development (Preferred)
Expert-level knowledge of React, Node and Graphql (Must Have)
Proficiency in working with REST APIs and web services (Must Have)
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/ES 6 (Must have)
Good Knowledge of SCSS/LESS (preferred)
Good Knowledge of any data base such as (SQL, MySQL etc.) (Preferred)
An expertise in JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery). (Good to have)
Exposure to data migration and data upload (Good to Have)
Proficient understanding of cross – browser compatibility issues and how to reconcile them
Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques
Understanding of W3C web standards/semantics and accessibility guideline
Desired Skills/Certifications:
Must be passionate to learn business, products and technology understanding with Technology evangelist mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience working with agile methodology such as scrum, Kanban etc.
Vex Certification is a big plus
