Summary of the role
You will be working on Windows 2016/2019 as L2 Administration level on day to day operational issues, requests and project tasks involving various technologies e.g. Windows Server, Managed Active Directory, Patching tools, various enterprise grade antivirus systems in AWS Cloud.
Your main responsibilities
Must have a hands-on experience of system administration in Windows server side infrastructure (Windows 2016,2019 & Active Directory) and associated technologies
Implement, monitor and maintain PCI DSS requirements in IT area
Must have good knowledge in troubleshooting OS/Application related performance issues
Good Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, WINS and Group Policies.
Provision, configure and maintain public cloud infrastructure defined as code
Experience on patch management tool administration like WSUS
Hands on experience with compute / storage and networking concepts in public cloud.
Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of Public Cloud infrastructure and systems
Working experience (install, configure, manage and troubleshoot) on enterprise grade antivirus system.
Experience with orchestration, configuration management tools (Terraform and CloudFormation)
Setup and support of supplementary software, e.g. Jenkins, Atlassian.
Knowledge with Docker, Containers and Kubernetes
Competence with MSSQL
Competence with monitoring tools like Prometheus & Grafana
System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains
About the ideal candidate
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
MCSA CertificationAWS or Azure Certification is plusITIL V3/V4 CertificationExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsStrong Collaboration and Co-ordination skillsSelf-starter, Proactive and can work with minimal supervisionFocused and Goal OrientedStrong Communication SkillsAnalytical and Conceptual ThinkingTakes Ownership and AccountabilityExcellent English verbal and written communication skills
