Job Description : Promote and represent the center both internally and externallyConducting promotional events & Increase Enrollments.Conversion of Inquiries in to Admissions.Responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining key preschool resources / teams.Developing yearly budget plan and ensuring center operations smoothly runs as per the pre decided budgets.Ensure safety, security and hygiene of the child all the time.Manage the center & staff.Good inter personal skills to handle parents and internal team. High level of customer orientation.Must possess Early childcare curriculum knowledge.Should be able to handle walk ins and convert to admissionsSelf driven and attention to detailHigh sense of ownership and responsibility.Problem solving ability and MUST be a team playerPossess working knowledge in Early Childhood EducationMust be Tech friendly, needs to know Ms Office with a flair for numbersFemale candidates are preferred.Graduate or Post GraduateGood English communication skills & presentable2 to 3 years Experience in admission counseling / marketing/ eventsWork Timings: 9 AM : 3 PM – 6 Hrs Mon- SatJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹13,812.00 – ₹44,308.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
