Upstaging, Inc., provides lighting and transportation for the entertainment industry, corporate events and trade shows.Their accounting team is seeking an ACCOUNTANT/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Staff member to join them!HighlightsLocated in Sycamore, IL.Entrepreneurial culture, intimate team setting.Opportunity to further develop and use analytical thinking in your day to day.Expand knowledge through cross-training and team work.Hours: 8:30am-5:30pmCheck out www.upstaging.com to learn more.ResponsibilitiesGenerate, upload and/or email invoices to Transportation clients.Monitor and track all revenue for the Transportation side of our business.Manage various reports and spreadsheets in order to report current revenue position and/or projected future volumes.Create client contracts and detailed payment schedules.Review accounts regularly to ensure payments are current, and research and resolve past due items.Adapt to a changing environment, as each client is unique with varying systems and processes.About YOU!5+ years prior General Accounting experience.2+ years prior Accounts Receivable experience.B.
