Job Description : We are looking to hire a successful candidate who has a degree or experience in finance, accounting, or related field. New graduates with experience can apply for the entry-level role. The candidate needs to prepare and analyze a variety of financial statements for accuracy and compliance. They need to review and audit the Restaurant/Tenant’s transactional activity and provide communication and general support.The job responsibilities include creating, maintain and providing various reports and summaries proposes and implementing process improvement for areas of responsibility and complete monthly closing process. Duties will include but not limited to general and managerial bookkeeping, payroll, Sales and Alcohol tax filingAccountant Duties and Responsibilities: Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting dataDocumentation of financial transaction by updating account dataCollecting data, preparing balance sheet, and profit and loss statementCustomer and vendors invoice processingHandling financial transactions by auditing documentsMaintaining accounting control by preparing policies and proceduresBank Accounts and Credit Card reconciliationMaintaining financial security by following internal controlsPreparing payment by verifying documentation and requesting disbursementProcess weekly payroll through ADPAccountant Skills and Qualification: Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or property management accountingExtensive knowledge about the data entry managementPunctual, reliable and must have strong communication skillQuickBooks Enterprise ExperienceKnowledge about Toast POS SystemADP PayrollState Sales Tax filing monthlyCity Alcohol Tax filing monthlyKnowledge about MS office, excel, and Adobe AcrobatAble to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlinesStrong verbal and oral communication skillsSelf-motivated and strong analytical skillsAttention to detail, prioritization skill and time managementQuick learner with a positive attitudeAble to sit for an extended periodAble to lift the weight and look at the computer screen for a longer timeExperience in tenants’ management or restaurant accountingJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $38,164.00 – $87,276.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Atlanta, GA 30318: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):Do you have any references we can contact?Education:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
