Job Description : Under the general direction of the Owner and within the limits of established Brooks Musicals PVT LTD and local policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of the Financial functions to achieve the highest possible guest (or) Students satisfaction to current and future.1. Maintaining the billing system via company software.2. Generating invoices and account statements before 25th of every month.3. Daily follow up with outlet in-charge for pending invoice payments.4. Report any discrepancies for any payments.5. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records as per company standard.6. Producing monthly financial and management reports.7. Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.8. Assisting in general financial management and analysis.9. Posting Payable and receivable accrual entries for month end, quarter end and year end entries.10. Prepare monthly and yearly Financial statement11. Assist in preparing financial statements for taxation12. Prepare GST reconciliation and reports13. Pay TDS monthly and reconcile TDS Quarterly14. General ledger maintenance and reconciliations15. Secures financial information by completing database backups.16.
