Job Description : Finzer Roller seeks an entry-level Accountant for our Itasca, IL, corporate office. Hybrid schedule available after introductory period. Primary duties will be to maintain and process accounts payable and accounts receivable activity for our multi-location company. Specific responsibilities will include:Completes accounts payable functions including invoice and expense report entry, supplier setup and maintenance, and account reconciliation.Works with customers to arrange for debt repayment, notifies customers of delinquent accounts, and solicits payment.Troubleshoots accounting issues and communicates frequently with multiple company locations. Assists with month-end close process.Utilizes Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to enter, retrieve and maintain accounting data.Prepares, examines, or analyzes accounting records or other financial reports ensuring accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards.Ensures appropriate resale and manufacturing tax exemptions are being uses.Prepares ad-hoc reports as requested.Qualified individuals will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting OR be currently pursuing an Accounting degree.
