Job Description : An established Homebuilder organization located in southeast Houston is looking for an awesome contract Staff Accountant to add to the team!
Focus includes:
Month end close, journal entries, GL, reconciliations, sales tax monitoring and reporting, variance analysis and internal controlsAssist with completing financial reporting and audit support
Communicate with internal teams to ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.Review and record company credit card transactions.
Targeting candidates with:
Preferred degree in Accounting/Finance2+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong people skills, good communication and team playerOffering $25-30 depending on experience and a hybrid work schedule (in office Tuesdays and Thursdays + another day)
