Position :
Job Description : As an Accountant you will provide financial analysis support that is required throughout A.Y. McDonald Industries.
Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
Assist in preparation of monthly management reporting and accompanying schedules, worksheets, and narratives, including variance reports.
Support tactical and strategic development initiatives for management reporting, data warehousing and profitability reporting.
Responsible for developing and maintaining all Hyperion based reporting. Help in integration and implementation of Hyperion Budgeting & Reporting throughout A.Y. McDonald Industries including user training and assistance.
Adhere to compliance requirements for applicable regulations, internal controls, and corporate policies and procedures; Coordinate, resolve, and ensure financial compliance with regulatory agencies.
Lead department and organization special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
