Job Description : Job Position : AccountantExperience Level : 1+ YearsLocation : BangaloreMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Primary responsibility is to maintain and reconcile the daily routine job. i.e. entry of inward and outward bill , keeping of records etc.2. Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures with corrective action.3. Book keeping of Inventory. Reconcile between books and physical.4. Co-ordination in internal department activities.5. Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.6.Prepare monthly account reconciliations.7.Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.8. Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.9. Keep good relation between team member as well as other team member.10.Other projects as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES: 1.Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA/BBA).2.Strong understanding of accounting theory and basic knowledge of statutory compliance.3.1+ years accounting / Finance experience.4.Highly detail oriented and organized in work.5.Ability to meet assigned deadlines.6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.7.Proficiency with Tally and Microsoft Excel and knowledge of other ERP Software .Salary: As per Industry standards for the Experience Level, negotiable depending on the Skill/Knowledge Level.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Tally: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)
