Job Description : Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesDaily preparation of cheque and accounting in tally· Daily liaisoning with banks· Verification and accounting of invoices, bills, PO’s, etc· Raising of debit notes to centers and their accounting· Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement· Inter-company payments / settlements· Review & reconciliation of Creditors & advances· Should have a basic understanding of the accounting principles· Daily collection from ERP and POS counter check and correctly booking to respective ledger heads. Control on daily records- to avoid back-dated entries and errors.· Cash & cheques deposition with Bank reconciliation: Daily reconciliation and required entries posted in ERP and Tally· Petty cash maintaining: Expenses booking, Advance follow-up, record preparation.
